WIP + giveaway in the near future

So this is what I have been working on the last couple of days. It is a christmas gift for my kids daycare mum. I haven´t made the progress I want since this week I had two parent-teacher meetings for the start of the new schoolyear...
Yesterdaynight I had a hennight for Evelyn from Eve´s little things , she is getting married next week. So we had a wonderful evening, but nor much crafting.
I have been looking through some craft books to get new ideas for my rose swap.

Concerning the giveaway... I will have a giveaway for my 300th post, which will be in the very near future - no, I am not posting 2009 at th emoment, but close. The third person to comment to my 300th post will receive some nice fabric. So check regurlarly and comment to my posts. I will make it worthwhile.

Gifts

I won this lovely needle cushion from Shappy-Roses cottage. It has a nice place on my sewing table and will be put to good use.
I also got word from my two giveaway winners: Meecrafty & Miaou. They both got their present for entering a comment to my 150th post. Thank you very much girls.
At the moment I am finishing the binding of Ruben´s quilt and I also received my fabrics from the Fat Quarter Shop. They are for Peter´s 'Cars' quilt, so I can start with that one as well.
But first I have a appointment with the dentist today. nothing serious, just a check-up.

Lucky Lucy

Look what I have won! This is Lucy and she will be moving from Utah to Belgium. She was generously given by Becky. I hope she will like Belgium, but I know that she will love our Belgian chocolates.

Finished small project

Here is an update on Ruben, this is him. He is doing very well and he also eats very well, so no problems thre. he is a very nice little boy that doesn´t cry much, so mummy has time to do some crafting.

I finished this frog for Nic, he hasn´t seen it yet, since he is staying over at his grandparents in Holland.

This morning Ruben stayed at my parents since I went to the hairdresser, which was a very necessary thing, I wanted to go before the delivery, but that didn´t turn out they way I wanted, so I went now and I am very happy with my new short haircut.
