OK, this morning I was doing some grocery shopping and I saw some small pumpkins, so I got one, as Halloween is not Halloween without a pumpkin. As I had class today, our au pair carved this

jack o lantern with the boys. ANd it is now standing guard at our front door.

Almost Halloween

Almost Halloween, and no I haven´t got a pumpkin yet... For some reason, Halloween snuck up on us and I haven´t had time to get a pumpkin...

On the other hand. I did smoething yesterday for the first time in my life...

I caught a ride with a big truck. It was the first time in my life that I rode in a truck, and I must admit, I was impressed with what you can and can not see... Everyone should be able to do it so you would have more thought when you see truckers struggle in some traffic situations and for kids that they can appreciate what truckers can see and they they have to be careful around trucks.

Hats

So, I promised  a pic of the hats I am crocheting and here it is, I know, it is not a good picture, but since they are a surprise, I can t show them until I have shown them to the person in question.
But I must say they look absolutely great. I am really proud of them. I finished 6 of them, so 3 more to go.

Crochet frenzy

This should be my logo nowadays. I am working, taking classes and trying to finish 9 ski hats...  I have finished 4 already, so 5 more to go... I know what to do this weekend.

Result photoshoot

We got the results in from our photoshoot and as you can see, they were not the regular pics a family has taken. But they are so us...
It is funny to see the boys, as we didnt see them during the photoshoot, but they are hilarious.

On the craft side, I have been crocheting more ski hats, I finished 3, so only 6 more to go :-), but we will get there. I must say, they look spectacular.

Photoshoot

This weekend, we had our annual photoshoot for our family pic and our christmas card. We had great fun and I will see if I can get the ´Making of...´ also on the blog.
In the meanwhile, I have been busy with Uni, french classes and work, but I managed to finish the first hat for our skiholiday and I am 2/3 on the second hat...
