Blog Button?

Does anyone know how to make a blog button? i would like to make one for the cupcake swap, but I have no idea how to make one. Help...

    Hi Margy. Do you have a design in mind. If you do you can just save it as a jpg and people can upload it to their blog as a widget. love M
